Well, we got the word tonight that Park's golf team will begin their match play next week. The problem is they have no golf apparel. Apparently the coach ordered shirts last year??!! but they haven't arrived yet. They only thing is we have been told it must be NIKE! WHAT? oh yeah we are apart of the Nike sponsorship but um where does the money go? to our arch rival (yes Nike if you are reading this, there is another high school in town called CHS and Basha and Perry... sorry I went off..actually its mostly to the larger sport programs, like football.
The goal is of course for the team to have something by next week for their first match. Guess they will be wearing last year's shirts - ugh.
BTW - did you hear?? The LPGA wants all of their players to be able to speak English. AND they have to pass an oral evaluation!!
